Here We Go Again.....

Well, after lurking in the Oilogosphere for a long time now I've decided to take the plunge in and add to this cacophony of Oiler scribes.

My name is Rob, I've been an Oiler fan as long as I remember. My first game, from what I remember was in 1984(ish). The Oilers were down 5-2 going into the 3rd. They ended up winning 8-7 agaisn the Kings. I was 6. My first solid memory, as harsh as it is was when Steve Smith scored on Grant Fuhr. I've been there through the cups, the 90's, the Dallas series', the cup run and the abomination that was last year.

I am an optimist at heart, BDHS and I agree on alot of subjects. However, I don't simply blidly follow. Hopefully you will find some interesting insight and a different view on the Oilers and the NHL with this Blog.
